4.3 Billing and Renewals

• • Premium subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis
• • Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the renewal date
• • We use Stripe for secure payment processing
• • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
• • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings

5. Refund Policy - Digital Information Products

5.1 No Refunds Policy

We do NOT offer refunds if you:

• • Have accessed, viewed, or downloaded your charts or reports
• • Have used Premium features (chart generation, compatibility analysis, etc.)
• • Change your mind after purchasing or subscribing
• • Decide the information is not what you expected
• • Disagree with the interpretations or insights provided
• • No longer wish to use the Service

This is because:

• • Digital information cannot be "returned" once accessed
• • Charts and reports are generated specifically for you
• • Computational resources are consumed instantly
• • The value is in the information itself, which you have received

5.2 Technical Failure Refunds ONLY

We WILL provide a full refund ONLY if:

• ✓ Our system fails to generate your chart due to technical errors
• ✓ You are unable to access the Service due to our platform downtime (after reporting)
• ✓ We are unable to provide the features you paid for due to technical issues on our end
• ✓ You were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount, etc.)

To request a refund for technical issues, contact [email protected] within 7 days of the charge with a detailed description of the problem. We will investigate and issue a refund if the issue is confirmed to be on our end.

5.3 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time:

• • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• • You will retain Premium access until the period ends
• • No refund for the current billing period (already consumed)
• • You will automatically revert to the Free tier
• • Your charts and data remain accessible

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• • Share your account credentials with others
• • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our systems
• • Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
• • Use automated tools to access the Service (bots, scrapers)
• • Resell or redistribute charts generated by our Service
• • Impersonate another person or provide false information
• • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 SelfChart Content

All content on SelfChart, including but not limited to:

• • Software, code, and algorithms
• • Interpretations and written content
• • Design, graphics, and user interface
• • Logos, trademarks, and branding

...is the exclusive property of SelfChart and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Charts and Data

Charts generated specifically for you are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may:

• ✓ View, download, and print your charts for personal use
• ✓ Share your own chart with friends, family, or spiritual advisors

You may NOT:

• ✗ Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit charts
• ✗ Use our Service to generate charts for commercial purposes without a commercial license

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 "AS IS" Service

SelfChart is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• • Results, charts, or interpretations will be completely accurate
• • Defects or errors will be corrected immediately
• • The Service will meet your specific needs or expectations

8.2 Informational Purpose Only

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SelfChart and its owners, employees, and partners shall NOT be liable for:

• • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• • Decisions made based on information provided by our Service
• • Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to SelfChart in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by:

9.2 Termination by SelfChart

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you:

• • Initiate excessive chargebacks or payment disputes
• • Attempt to exploit or harm our systems

No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to Terms violations.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first:

• • Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
• • We may terminate your account permanently if the chargeback is deemed invalid
• • You may be liable for chargeback fees ($15-25) in addition to the original charge
